As data aggregation technology can minimize the amount of redundant information whichtransmitted in wireless sensor network, save energy resources and communication bandwidth of thenetwork, enhance the efficiency of data acquisition, extend the lifetime of network, it is widely usedin resource-constrained wireless sensor networks.Information privacy during data aggregation process is vulnerable to various attacks because ofthe deployment environment and their own characteristics of wireless sensor networks. Attacks ondata aggregation results will reveal user’s private information; even produce useless results, so it iscrucial to protect the privacy of data in data aggregation process. Propose a secure and energyefficient data fusion algorithm will promote the use of wireless sensor networks in manysecurity-sensitive areas such as military, industrial, medical and so on.Traditional encryption algorithms can effectively protect the transmission of private data duringdata aggregation process, but these algorithms increases the energy consumption of the wirelesssensor networks. The paper takes sensitive data privacy protection in data aggregation process as apurpose of research. This article focuses on researching and analyzing the classic and energypriority secure data fusion algorithm ESPDA, in this algorithm, pattern code technology is first usedto reduce redundant information, then homomorphic encryption technology is used to transmitprocessed redundant information to base station, encryption method can effectively protect theprivacy of data, but the communication overhead and computational overhead is very high. For thisreason, this paper proposes a privacy nonlinear secure data aggregation scheme NSDA which doesnot use encryption technology, it adds camouflage data, so that the real data will hide in thecamouflage data. Compared with traditional encryption algorithms, NSDA can not only save energyconsumption of the entire network, but also have a certain degree of flexibility and practicality.Simulation and theoretical analysis prove NSDA scheme can protect data privacy effectively.Meanwhile it not only has less energy consumption and time delay compared with algorithmESPDA, but also can guarantees the accuracy of the data aggregation results effectively comparedwith algorithm ESPDA.
