Design Of Phase Conjugation Reverse Antenna Array

In this paper, phase conjugation mixer is designed with the principle of a image rejectionmixer, and according to the parameters required, design a RF receiver front-end.Firstly, the performance parameters and working principle of common mixer is researched,and a brief analysis of single balanced mixer and double-balanced image rejection mixer.Secondly, the size of micro-strip line and the parameters of phase conjugation mixer arecalculated with the research of each module of this mixer. Simulated for each module by acircuit simulation software ADS. According to the required indicators optimized before, eachdata of the micro-strip line is given. Layout simulation parameters meet the followingrequirements:2.4GHz band-pass filter, the insertion loss of the center frequency is-0.846dB. Reflectioncoefficient of port1is-15.96dB.4.8GHz band-pass filter, the insertion loss of the center frequency is-2.284dB.Reflection coefficient of port1is-18.5dB.4.8GHz Wilkinson power divider, the reflection coefficient of port1is-32.586dB, theisolation between port2and port3is-36.025dB.Hybrid ring, the port reflection coefficient is-48.361dB, the isolation between port2,4and port1,3are all lower than-30dB.The gain of the mixer is15dBm.Afterward, analysis the theory of the entire phase conjugation system, combining variousmodules of the image rejection phase conjugate mixer and simulation. Input and output signalsubstantially reaches the conjugate, and a phase error of0.6°.Finally, based on the indicators given an RF receiver front-end, low noise amplifiers,filters, mixers and power amplifiers cascade throughout the RF receiver front-end to achieve agiven indicator.
