With the human development of the information society, various wireless mobile terminals anda variety of new radio applications business have been rapid growth, increasing demand for radiospectrum resources. The existing static spectrum management method is the reason of lowutilization of spectrum. Therefore, the method of efficiently managing and using the resources ofthe wireless spectrum becomes a technical problem that must be faced and solved in the field ofwireless communications. Cognitive wireless network technology can intelligently sense idlespectral bands (spectrum holes) of the wireless network around them, and "opportunistic" accessidle spectrum segment to communicate to effectively improve the utilization of radio spectrumresources.Using game theory analysis of solving cognitive radio network spectrum resource managementbecomes a focus of the present research in the field of wireless communications. In this paper, mainly using Game Theory to research the spectrum sharing technology of cognitive network, andhave two aspects: First, multiple cognitive users share the idle spectrum; the second is the cognitiveuser system and the authorized user system sharing spectrum game.Improve the spectrum price function based on the the Cournot Game spectrum sharing modeland design static game algorithms and distributed dynamic game algorithm. Simulation resultsshow that the algorithm has fast convergence and stability, and can be applied to the complextime-varying network environment. About the spectrum sharing between multi-authorized-users andmulti-cognitive users, introduce a spectrum intermediary to collection the game information andfeedback them to users. Spectrum sharing algorithm based on partial information and fullinformation has been come out. The spectrum intermediary can use the spectrum prices to regulatethe amount of spectrum sharing. The simulation results show that the algorithms can converge tothe Nash equilibrium and spectrum sharing system can increase the amount of spectrum sharing.
