In recent years, with the rapid development of the medical field, the patient in medicine way also have more choices. However, the traditional way to medicine such as oral, injection in the presence of a certain extent their own shortcomings, has been unable to meet the dosage demand of the patients for some certain drugs. Transdermal Delivery System (TDS) as a kind of the skin surface to administer the route of administration, can make human body part or whole body to get treatment. Therefore, studying the route of administration for future patient treatment of great significance.In view of the skin cutin layer side effect, people need through the physical and chemical methods to assist most impermeable subcutaneous drug infiltration. Although electroporation method, iontophoresis method and ultrasonic method can be used as a new method of percutaneous absorption, studies have found that the three methods individual effects, some specific drug penetration effect is not obvious.This article in view of the above three methods can not meet the individual effects some drug permeability, combined with transdermal drug instrument existing development technology and requirements, design the collector to electroporation, modern iontophoresis and ultrasonic cavitation technology as one of the ultrasonic conductometric instrument. This instrument is enhanced the single-chip microcomputer8051STC90C58RD+as the core control unit, outside enlarge electroporation module, conductivity module, ultrasonic module, electrode anomaly detection module, human-computer interaction module and identity card interface module, etc. In addition, through the self-made reader, the completion of the identity card to therapeutic apparatus related control function, to therapeutic apparatus in unmanned surveillance management work bring convenience.Background of this paper is based on the author as an intern for the nanjing company involved in the research of ultrasonic conductometric instrument, research results after comprehensive debugging process has been successfully passed the national related department detection, but for a transdermal drug field, there are a lot of work remains to be further research and promotion.
