The current Web technology more emphasis on fixed configuration under static conditions, but little consider to the dynamic and flexibility, which is unable to adapt to the rapid changes of the external environment and its own state. This article research the Agent technology and workflow technology, based on analysis of actual functional requirements of flexible services composition, The author design a workflow and Agent-based service composition system framework. The core part is to build an abstract workflow-based service composition model, and find specific implementation technology of converting the model into an executable instance., which is to meet the flexibility and dynamic requirements of web services combination.The author establishes an abstract workflow-based service composition mode.with reference to a variety of workflow execution structure, establishing abstract service as a Activity node into preparation reference model of Web service flexible composition, through analysising flexible feature of the model, designed part solution of abstract composition model transform to executable service composition instances.In response to these related issues, in this paper, service found mechanism based on Multi-Agent session is designed. Mainly through authentication and services inform, solving the dynamic discovery of available services.With QoS description, Agent interaction protocols is used in the selection of a number of specific services, solved the lack of consultation of the traditional services composition. In addition, As to the global optimum of selecting service in the modle, through the study of the genetic algorithm analysis,the auther design a method based on the positive feedback of service composition history to improve the global optimum.Finally, an example is desgined to analysis and test the realization degree of services flexible, dynamic combination.
