Towards the problem that the electronic learning resource is difficult to be shared and integrated effectively, this paper studies on the architecture of resource integration system, metadata model of learning object, resources query based on ontology, and knowledge resources integration methods, then proposes a framework of the integration and application in learning resources based on semantic and mind map, and completes the prototype system.This paper establishes a system framework with four layers, which are syntax layer, semantic layer, service layer and application layer, reduces the complexity of system analysis and design. It has the characteristics of modularity, openness and effectiveness.This paper builds a learning object model of knowledge resources based on unified metadata description standard, which improves the relations of knowledge resources and realizes the interaction and sharing of knowledge resources.It put forwards a method for retrieving extended resources based on domain knowledge ontology, which expands semantic support of knowledge resources, and provides better support for the discovery and integration of knowledge resources.Visual mind map are used to bind knowledge and learning resource to integrate knowledge resources, which supports teachers to create courseware, and assists learners to use knowledge resources.Finally, the realization of a learning resources integrated application system based on semantic and mind map is introduced, including the Implementation methods of system architecture, domain-ontology, semantic queries, mind map, resource dynamic display process etc.
