As computers being used in multiple industries, traditional software developement cannot meet the current requirements. That’s why the new component-based developement method begins to prevail. This method has become an effective way to solve the software crisis, improve software productivity and ensure software quality. The core technique of this development style is how to describe and assembly these components. Computers can only recongnize formally described components and these components must be assemblied to build as an Application System, thus leading the core technique to become a hot issue during the research. This article will be presenting the related the research and development based on this point, within using Ontology and Muti-Agent technique.Fristly, I made a deeply study of the existing achievements in this paper. Elaborated some related technologies of component, Ontology and Agent, especially in learning and researching about the description of component, component assembling technology, ontology and muti-agent technology. According to the existing description method of component, this paper will use ontology technology in the formal description of component. The domain knowledge is described by the standardized description language like the Ontology in order to achieve knowledge sharing and reuse, the description logic based on Ontology can achive logic reasoning with the aid of reasoning machine. Therefore, we can increase the sharing and reusability of component, and efficiency of the component retrieval with the help of logical reasoning by the standardized description of component based on Ontology. Secondly, Agent provides us a new solution to deal with the traditional difficult affairs with its autonomy, initiative, intelligence, and other notable features. The existing research of component assembly mainly focuses on the aspects based on framework, connector and glue code. According to the shortage of the existing technology, the mutil-agent technology which is initiative and intelligent has been applied to the component assembly. Also, this paper proposed a concept of the component assembly solution, which used to make a formal description with relation of calling between component and components during the assembly process. Finally, in this paper, we will achieve a module which can provide the function of file upload and the display of file content in knowledge mall by component assembly technology to prove the feasibility of this solution.
