Spectrum sensing technology and wireless sensor network technology are the two hotresearch direction of information technology, spectrum sensing wireless sensor networks(SSWSN) as a product of the combination of these two technologies has aroused extensiveattention from researchers. SSWSN a new application of wireless sensor network technology inthe field of spectrum sensing, which generated some new problems not exist in the originalfield of spectrum sensing and wireless sensor networks, can not be solved by existingtechnology. This paper focuses on the framework of spectrum sensing wireless sensor networks and他the system performance in this framework, design network protocol to meet the systemrequirements. The main tasks are as follows:1. Discuss fetures and key prolems of spectrum sensing wireless sensor networks(SSWSN), gave a transmitting-sensing compatible framework for spectrum sensing wirelesssensor networks(SSWSN).Analyzed sensing performance and transmiting performnce of systemin the framework, set up models of sensing probability and sensing delay of SSWSN.2. Proposed a Cluster-size Restrained Load Balancing Clustering Algorithm(CRLBCA) andto meet system performance demand for Cluster-size restriction and transmitting-sensingcompatation. Simulation results show that CRLBCA get higher proportion of clusters withinCluster-size restriction than basic algorithm, so CRLBCA is suitable for SSWSN.3. The implement of CRLBCA protocol and the system united test have been completed. The project with CRLBCA protocol has been tested in the embedded operation system μC/OS-II.The test results demonstrate that all modules of the project function correctly and operateproperly, self-networking of wireless sensor network, task assignment and data transmissionhave been completed well, which can meet the design requirement. Finally, the conclusion has been given in the last part of the article, which contains theshortcomings, the improvements needed, and the prospect for the future work.
