Networked Control Systems, referred to as NCS, is a feedback control closed-loop distributed system which are connected with each nodes by a real-time network. The nodes of controller, sensor and actuator exchange the information through a shared network. However, due to the carrying capacity of the network and the communication bandwidth are limited, the phenomena that the information collide and retransmit makes the information inevitable time delay and even data packet dropout during transmission. The cases of delay and latency and data packet dropout are mainly studied, and the effective control methods are proposed in this paper.First, the background and significance of the subject are introduced in this paper. The background and the development processes of NCS are presented. The advanced research of stability criterion and development status of simulation platform for the NCS are introduced, and the reason that caused by network latency and the driven approach of each node are known.Second, using the observation model that established by the state, according to the system that the time delay is less than one sampling period with the case of data packet dropout, a state compensation algorithm is proposed, and the state values are compensated between the sensors and actuators, and the state feedback parameters are solved by using LMI. Besides, the corresponding simulation has been done. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can effectively compensate for system, and ensure a good control performance of NCS.Finally, according to the state can not be observed, NCS modeling has been done, and the method through designing of two-state observation to the two-output feedback system, makes it possible for the position servo system to achieve under the NCS, and the position servo system can be effective in the NCS environment is verified by using the simulation platform.
