Project information service platform integrates the bidding website information acrossGuangdong Province.It is a information platform that can provid e government tenderinformation, project application information,and on which enterprises can release theirpromotion information.Enterprises can conveniently obain market projects of GuandongProvince and science and technology project information. This platform can bring socialbenefits for the local economic development and the progress of science and technology.The work of this paper mainly has the following points:(1)This paper takes the project information service platform as a carrier,conduct thisplatform’s demand and its system design,from software engineering point of view,by using theweb processing technology and Chinese text processing technology.(2)Designs and constructs the industry library in order to help improve the segmentationaccuracy and classify the tender announcement,so that we can present the informationcorrectly according its category.(3)This paper classifies the bidding text by classifing the title and calculating the textsimilarity based on the semantic tree.At the same time,using the text similarity computingmethod to promote cooperation of those enterprises whose demand ing service textes canmutually match. After the matching,send the promote results to relevant enterprises byemail.In that way we can promote the cooperation between enterprise and enterprise,enterprise and university,so as to provide business opportunities for enterprises, and promotethe independent innovation and cooperation.(4)Do some statistical analysis and correlation analysis of bidding and bid data from theplatform, by using knowledge of data analysis and data mining.And then we providegovernment and enterprises a chance at a macro understanding to learn about the situation ofthe market trends and the competitive power of enterprises.(5)Presents the platform system design and implementation.
