With the development of computer applications, the application of computer softwarehas been becoming more widely and has a huge development,especially on the application ofmachine control and other industrial. The software system as a central control system of themachine and equipment plays a major role in machine control,and its quality can be protectedwith the means of software testing. However,software system is a huge and complex systemand it is difficult to be fully tested. A large number of previous experiments show that acombination of tests can detect the impact on the system of various factors and theinteractions between them with using fewer test cases.The generation of combination testing cases is one of the focuses of the combined test.There are mainly two ideas of generating combination test cases: the generating test case baseon greedy algorithm and the generating test case base on genetic algorithm. In this paper, thetest is a typical combination of test base on lead-free solder paste printing equipment softwaresystems which is a device software testing for the parameters and test case generation is thefocus of the software testing.This paper develops relative improvement algorithms to generating test cases base on thecurrent thinking of algorithms: Auto Effective Testiness Generate base on Weight andSelf-Adaptive genetic algorithm. To some extent, they improve the characteristics of the testcase generation method.Finally,this paper achieves the automatic generation of test cases based on the improvedalgorithms in Visual Basic.NET2005integrated development environment. It can be seen thatthat the improved algorithm improves test efficiency and test effect.the actual results showsthat its testing has played a catalytic role.
