Therefore, we could guarantee the officers’ taskperformance, and improve risk management to the Army.The thesis tries to establish a system of risk evaluation based of digitalized riskfactors which may affect security management. These risk factors are defined byanalysis and summarization of possible risk accidents during important tasks and specialperiods, existing management regulations, and also historical experiences from taskperformance of the Army. The Risk Evaluation System adopts the latest technologyof.net, and uses Visual C#language, with database of Microsoft SQL Server2005. Ituses B/S frame, which enables the user to do all operations such as installation,maintenance and data storage only by an IE explorer instead of installing client. Theuser could make risk evaluation to the tasks of the Army according to reality. The RiskEvaluation System will list risk factors first, and the user scores those factors. Then thesystem will calculate the final score of the task, determine the possibility of risk, findout problems and form risk evaluation report at last. What’s more, the system will givetargeted suggestions to the problems found, and remind the user to make rectificationand predication. Through this way, we could avoid or prevent risk more or less, and thusrealize safety management.The Risk Evaluation System is developed according to the reality of the Army. Itmeets the requirements of scientific management and stability maintenance of the Army under the condition of informationalization. The Security Risk Evaluation Systemprovides a new method for security risk management of the Army.
