With the construction of Hainan international tourism island rising to the national strategy, it shows the tourism industry has become the important industry which promote the changes of Hainan economy increasing way. At the same time, development of tourism planning, management and operation will be required higher. The development of tourism industry urgently needs to comform with the international stardards. Hainan tourism industry still mainly relys on the traditional artificial management mode. The departments of tourism management and operation collect numerous tourism data through various ways every year. However such data whose internal knowledge has not been found and used are often only used for the simple statistics and inquiry. As a result the situation of rich data and poor knowledge has formed. The data mining techonlogy is the gold key to the door.This paper mainly studies Hainnan tourism management information system of data mining techonology which is realized by original tourism data and data mining technology. Firstly it introduces the present situation of data mining techniques and frequently-used algorithms. Secondly it analyses the market demand of Hainan tourism and builds up the system construction. Thirdly it realizes the system function modul through algorithms and code. Lastly, it test system function.This system mainly realizes the functions of tourism information management, administrator management, route order, data analysis, report data acquisition,tourism revenue trend analysis moduls etc. Besides the traditional tourism management function, the system includes the important part——tourism information data mining, which mainly makes use of the decision tree classification algorithms and combines with the decision tree classification ID3algorithm to improve it, analyses customer groups specific trends and develops correspondent strategy. The focuses is to analyse various tourists’tourism interests, shopping consumption trend. The models include regression analysis, trend analysis, which are used to analyse the characteristics and trends of tourists’consumptions. It will provide scientific knowledge support in tourism service management and tourism marketing strategies and have the practical significance in the tourism information application of Hainan.
