As into society the information society, the demand of enterprises and governmentdepartments for information is increasing, which produce a great impact on theinformation now. A wide variety of styles for electronic document appeared in manysecurity electronic enterprise. However there is no uniform binding electronic products,which resulted in confusion, the format is not unified phenomenon. How to makereasonable the authenticity of electronic documents, completeness, validity, and thecurrent chaotic security of electronic products is a secure electronic filing imperative.From abroad and the present situation, there have developed improve standards at thenational level and formulated a series of regulations for the management of electronicdocuments and standards, and the products also have a lot of mature products, and aredeveloping in accordance with a uniform format.This thesis draws on the foreign advanced technology and theory, and to developamore secure and robust platform for the domestic status. In ensuring the electronicdocument and file in the background, from the document information, transmissionprocess, the control of electronic documents, to develop a set of unified, standardizeddesign, the use of the bottom of the C++language and compare the prevalence ofMySQL, sqlserver, Oracle three database, also used very perfect PKI system, thought touse foreign advanced idea, design of the system. The system’s main work is secondarydevelopment design and its resolution based on PKI. From the PKI informationexchange and definition of advantage, based on the password security of asymmetricencryption technology and digital signature technology, to design a FA systemmaintenance, file authentication certificate management, strategy management, keymanagement, document management functions of several, and system and from thelogical structure design and physical structure design, design, business model designand other aspects detailed electronic file security authentication system security,security design, from the security protocol, key management, access control, securityaudit and other aspects in detail, in the overall system, from unit testing, black-bo testing, white-box testing, white-box testing and other aspects of the systemconstruction to provide quality assurance.In order to better meet the needs of different users, cross operating system platformwere used to build this system and, the language used was C++, developmentenvironment using GDB and VC database, also compatible with common database,which will have high use value to the enterprise’s electronic document authenticationsystem platform construction.
