With the rapid development of mobile Internet, Use of handheld devices to access Internet and entertainment become a common way to the people’s daily work and life. Universal access to3G networks, the matures of mobile market, the development of of mobile devices, the wide usage of the WAP2.0protocol, those factors lead to more and more WAP sites to move closer to the WEB site. Mobile browser that supported WML2.0protocol also able t to support XTHML and HTML, in this context, the WAP portal has become an important part of mobile operators and most of the mobile Internet company’s Internet strategy. However, the WAP sites that faced of complex business, a large number of users access to high concurrent requests, relying solely on high-performance web server, high-performance database, the high efficiency of the programming language, those does not solve the above problems, but also to a certain extent means greater investment and lcak of good scalability.Based on this, from low-cost, high performance and scalability point of view to consider, to WAP lottery website for example, analyzing the demand from WAP lottery website and system use case and core function. On the basis of the analysis and also on the basis of evolution in the structure and architecture of the analysis of large sites, we design the WAP lottery site architecture, the site system architecture; logical architecture and network architecture were descripted detaily. Business systems were splited in this architecture, in front used Nginx server to do load balancing, the interface between the WAP server and business systems using RESTful Web Services architecture to develop, Session sharing between multiple WAP server and business systems internal communication used the MINA framework-non-blocking asynchronous communication framework. Finally, we use of existing good open-source technology framework toachieve to make this architecture, then we test the site pressure, the test results show that using this architecture to develop the website with high concurrency, high load handling capacity, while the split of business systems and RESTful Web services-based interfaces can effectively decouple the various modules of the site, with high scalability.
