Recently, the development of intelligent robot technology receives focus attention in the field of high-tech.Robots has been increasingly applied in people’s life and production.In re-cent years, the robot technology tend to develop in the direction of mechanical structure modular and reconfiguration. To implement robot prototype design, based on the modular components, became a new method of robot research.The "Creative-World expirence-2"is exhibition designed for China science and technol-ogy museum, which combining computer vision technology, robot design technology, artifi-cial intelligence technology and man-machine interactive technologies, is an interdisciplinary application system. In the process of system design and realization, some key technologies were studied thoroughly in this paper. And a feasible scheme was put forward, the desired goal achieved. Specific study summarized as follows:Recognition of robot pose was implemented, based on computer vision and photoelectric sensor information fusion method; and the real-time performance of the visual system was improved effectively by using the template matching method. Introducing the LEGO components into the design of robot system, which effectively im-proved the efficiency of robot design, and provided a platform for the research of robot tech-nology.According to non-care and non-maintenance function requirement, robot automatic posi-tion and function of auto-recharging was designed, which improved intelligence of the sys-tem.According to non-training of mission planning and control demands, man-machine inter-active platform,based on the modular configuration process design was devised, which im-proved interactivity and operability of the system. Based on these key techniques above, The "Creative-World expirence-2"was finally achieved.its stable operation in site shows that the proposed method is effective, with stability and reliability.
