Since the first quantum key distribution BB84protocol was proposed in1984, withthe superiority of unconditional safety based on the principle of quantum mechanics,quantum communication has attracted much attention in the field of communication.Currently quantum communication is developing toward the direction of applicationand networking. Its Broad application prospects will bring more profound changes incommunication technology. In this dissertation, we mainly focus on the application andnetworking of quantum key distribution.Firstly, we briefly introduce the basic conception, research status and prospects ofquantum privacy communication; Secondly, we briefly introduce the basic principle,which includes basis of quantum mechanism, basis of quantum information, typicalQKD protocols and encoding of qubit; Thirdly, we propose a model of quantumencrypted voice system, design and implement the voice processing module, theencoded voice data from the voice processing module is encrypted by a quantum keyderived from QKD system developed by our Lab, the data then is transferred byWinSock, and we can realize quantum encrypted voice communication; Fourthly, weanalyze and compare the current QKD networking technologies, then focus on theconditional safety and low link utilization of trusted relay network, we propose ascheme named multi-path key distribution to improve the overall security; Finally, weconclude the paper and give some suggestion for future works.
