Inter-cell interference is an important factor for the system throughput in multi-cell environment, especially for cell-edge users. In multi-cell OFDMA, the spectrum effectiveness of cell-edge users and system can be improved by proper resource allocation, and in multi-cell MIMO,the algorithm of users pairing has great impact on system performance.In order to improve the performance of cell-edge users and system, a resource allocation method based on user feedback is proposed in this thesis, in which subchannel and power is allocated according to the coordinate information. Then, to maximize system capacity and user fairness, a power allocation scheme according to the SINR is put forward, and each user is assigned different cost factor. In the last part,two novel user pairing algorithms are proposed, one is called channel correlation capacity greedy, which links the user’s equivalent channel gain with channel correlation, the other algorithm combines the semi-orthogonal with greedy capacity. Simulation result validate the superiority of the proposed algorithms.
