With the growing popularity of Internet technology, many of the original people’sdaily lives only need to open the appropriate page to complete by their computer inorder to be processed in the scene of operation. Enterprises through an online complaintsystem to provide customers with more timely and convenient service complaints,which can improve customer satisfaction with business services, enhance corporateimage, and then to seize more market share. Thus, with a good online complaintssystem for enterprises is necessary.This article designed an online complaint system for large domestic servicesenterprises. The paper first analyzes the business needs of online complaints systemdesign, and then designs an inter-departmental, cross-business online complaints systemin the effective use of available resources under the conditions of enterprises. Thesystem is scalable, easy to upgrade and maintenance, etc. The design is based on J2EEdevelopment platform and framework Struts+Spring+JDBC based design. In the webtier, it is being controlled by the action in Struts; in the business logic tier, using Springas a lightweight container framework, the different data access provides a unifiedinterface; in the data persistence tier for database access using JDBC provides a unifiedbase interface. Part in the database, the system uses a mature and stable system ofOracle9i as the database server.Finally, the system functionality and performance testing to illustrate the designand development of this online complaints system is fully able to meet the expecteddemand.
