Vehicle Damage Diagnosis And Repairing Work Schedule System

With the fast development of vehicle business, it becomes a big market for relatedbusiness of car repairing. While, there exist some common problems in car repairingfactory, such as the low efficiency of damage diagnosis, long repairing period withoutwell work schedules, which block the further development of future business.Nowadays, there is no system designed for solving these problems yet.Based on the analysis of requirements and the knowledge of business in a certainfactory, this paper is devoted to develop vehicle damage diagnosis and repairing workschedule system. First, this paper defines requirements with user case and designs thefunction modules. Then, it focuses on the implementation of each function module. Indamage diagnosis module, diagnosis result including work procedure and process timecan be easily calculated with the simulation of manual diagnosis flow. In work schedulemodule, this paper combines an existing software package and genetic algorithm to getthe best work schedule. Besides, modules of user management and order managementare designed to implement daily management.Finally, this paper demonstrates the test data to verify the function of each module.
