As the rapid development of uncooled infrared imaging technology, it is very important to develop the professional image processing software. In this paper, a related software program is developed which is characterized by simpleness and practicability for application.The first part of this paper is making a detailed analysis about comparing the image gray level transformation, smoothing and sharpening, pseudo color processing, edge detection and threshold segmentation. The second is a description about the traditional method of infrared temperature measurement and function fitting in general. In the third part, according to the image observation model this paper proposed an algorithm of super-resolution reconstruction for video image. The algorithm is implemented based on several basic theories including Bayes MAP estimation, Gauss Field, Gauss-Markov Field and Huber-Markov Field. Finally, this paper developed a software program about image processing implemented by the C++library of OpenCV. The functions of the software are including image enhancement, image segmentation, temperature measurement and super resolution reconstruction.
