Nowadays, with the rapid development of mobile communication industry, mobile phone plays a more and more important role not only in personal life but also in business and government activities. While the existing mobile communication networks still have some security problems, that make the wireless network eavesdropping events occur frequently. Therefore, the confidential communication technology is getting more and more attention.This paper is based on the actual engineering project. Firstly, we carry out extensive research on the mobile communication safety problems, and then introduce several voice encryption algorithms and design proposals. Through the comparison of their execution efficiency and safety, this paper decide to adopt the proposal that it combine the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm and the ECDH (Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman) algorithm to encrypt the voice data, that means we could use the AES algorithm to encrypt the voice data, and use the ECDH algorithm to generate the share key that is used in AES algorithm.Finally, through the entire software development process, including system needs analysis, module design, system design and software testing,we research the voice encryption process, design an end to end mobile voice encryption system, which is ultimately realized on the mobile phone platform and tested with good performances.
