The real-time processing and monitoring technology of vibration signal has beenwidely used in developed countries in the flight test. While there is a large gap betweenthe application of this technology in China with foreignal advanced processingtechnology. There is no special equipment with vibration parameters of telemetryreal-time processing. Most of methods are used for post-processing and analysis thedata of vibration parameters, it is unable to meet the demand for real-time monitoringand analysis of the vibration data in the flight test. Therefore, design and develop atelemetry system becomes necessary, which can process aircraft vibration signalon-board in real-time and put the results for telemetry transmission in accordance withthe test requirements to achieve processing and monitoring of multi-channel flight testvibration parameters in real time on ground. The design of telemetry real-timeprocessing system of airborne flight test vibration parameters and the research with itsimplementation have been completed in this paper.Firstly, we studied the working principle and the basic composition of theairborne flight test vibration parameters telemetry real time processing system by thethesis and proposed the system architecture of the multi-channel real time signalprocessing of rapid parameters for transport aircraft.On the above research, the use of modular design to complete the systemhardware and software and analyzed the implementation of each functional module.According to the main problems in vibration signal processing, the composition of thesystem and the algorithm of aircraft vibration signal processing were studied. Theairborne flight test vibration parameters acquisition, processing, data transmission, datareception and data display were completed. In addition, through the changing demandsof the model test mission, the rapid processing function about some of the criticalparameters was increased included the original function. That is, on the basis offunction besides, the mass of the test parameters could be chosen, the original grounddata processing worked into real time processing on-board. The innovation of the dataprocessing program and method, which greatly improved flight test efficiency andshortened the period of the flight test.Finally, the sub-modules and the whole integrity have been tested and the flightvalidation on the test airplane has been carried out. From the tested results, the design ideas of the system is correct, each module and the function of the systemachieve the purpose of the design expected. It’s able to meet the requirements withvibration parameters of the airborne flight test telemetry real-time processing,whichreceived a highly commended by joint acceptance team of PLA General ArmamentDepartment and China Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC) in the acceptance of themodel technology research.
