With the rapid development of communication technology, radio technology is also changing rapidly. Nowadays, radio technology has a wide range of development and application in all walks of life and all areas. However, at the same time, the phenomenon of setting up illegal radio stations to communicate illegally has become even more increasingly common, and it damages the order of radio waves and affects the safety of radio communication. A small number of lawless elements often use radio technology to do some unlawful things, such as cheating in exams, fraud and destruction as well as hostile and separatist forces. More seriously, some of them threats to national security, national unity and sabotages social stability through radio technology, which caused serious harm to society. As we all knows, radio monitoring system has the functions of monitoring, search, evidence collection, suppression and warning for radio transmitting equipment and it can block the illegal radio signals with interference effectively. And it also can be used as fixed or mobile beacon, the signal reference of device detecting and the verification of interference investigation to play important roles in the illegal radio stations control, safeguard national unity exam, maintain safty radio and so on. Therefore, how to make use of radio monitoring system to interfere the illegal radio signal effectively has become one of the most important topics in the field of radio detection.The power suppressing system based on Based on the modified discrete target pow-er allocation algorithm, proposed in this paper can realize adaptive power allocation an-d suppress the illegal signals much better in the case of saving power resource effective-ly.
