With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, paperless test using computer test tool has begun to take shape. This paper researches traditional artificial scoring method to develop a unified and higher safety online artificial scoring platform to solve computer paperless examination of the diverse scoring issues. This paper deeply discuss function, system and environmental requirements of online artificial scoring, and analyses and sum up artificial scoring core function component, at the same time the system platform’s stability, reliability, safety are put forward higher requirements. The process design and the performance test for the core function design and development including the user identity authentication, scoring task allocation and scoring client set of distributed architecture system are made and these key source codes are also given in this paper.Considering the application, performance and safety factor, ultimate username password authentication method is used in the user identity authentication module finally, and adopts two different information cache mechanisms, Session and Cookie, to save user basic information in order to improve the validation of the user identification speed and safety.Scoring task allocation is one of the core business logic. Due to checking task allocation diversity, marking assignment module is designed as a flexible multilayer distributed architecture in this paper. In longitudinal direction of task allocation is from the center institutions to the subordinate body, and in horizontal direction is from institution task to scoring group task.Online artificial scoring platform also exposed some problems in practical projects use, such as data query function is not perfect. Therefore, some details of scoring platform should be improved for gradually replacing the traditional scoring system.
