With the rapid development of modern national defense industry, Chinese militarytechnology is increasing day after day. Some of our combat equipments have a high levelin the international community. Whether in war or in times of peace today, the distressrescue communications system is of greate significance for a variety of large-scalemanned combat equipment. So the military distress rescue communications systemdeveloped by our own is an important issue.The system first describes the reaearch content of the source and then introduces thekey technologies used in the main control software of distress rescue communicationssystem, such as software modular design method and the network communication methodbased on the VxWorks system. On the basis above,it gives the main control software’sfunctional requirements and system’s overall architecture and design. Then, it gives thecorresponding module of the software development process and detailed design stepsfrom the functional module, the module protocol design,module interface and the moduleprocess. The main modules are master scheduling module, NBDP communicationsmodule, database communication module, network communication module and theprinter module. Finally, it introduces the achievement of the distress rescuecommunication system based on the key business processes of the whole machine.Through the final result of the achievement of the system, the main control softwaredistress rescue communication system completes the software functional requirementsexpected. The main control software has good maintainability and scalability. The distressrescue communications system is a system in line with modern military applications.
