X-ray angiography is the key criterion to examine the cardiovascular disease, butwith the development of clinic application and science technology, two-dimensionalangiographic images can t meet the higher efficiency requirement of the medicaldetection. The doctors need more intuitionist three-dimensional vascular structure, tomeasure quantificationally the parameter of pathological changes, and analyzecardiovascular movement, so as to obtain more precise and comprehensive detectionresults, which can be resolved using the dynamic three-dimensional reconstruction ofthe coronary artery. In the article, we research some key technology of this big problem,including the enhancement and segmentation of coronary artery from angiographicimages, the analysis of respiratory movement from angiographic images, and theanalysis of two-dimensional and three-dimensional cardiovascular movement formangiographic images, finally we construct an integrated software platform for medicinalimage processing.Considering the lower contrast and complicated noise of the angiographic images,in this article we propose a novel method for vessel enhancement, which combines thecontrast limited local histogram equalization and Bilateral filtering, and a vesselsegmentation method based on multi-scale Gabor filtering is also be proposed, andbetter enhancement and segmentation results have been shown in the experiments.In the X-ray angiographic images, the coronary artery will move isochronouslyaccording to the respiratory movement and cardiac movement, and as to the doctor soperation, two-dimensional sickbed movement also may exist. In this paper, imagematching are firstly used to angiographic images to eliminate the sickbed movement,then the respiratory movement curve are obtained by Fourier series transforming andfiltering in frequency field, and we evaluate the validity of the proposed method usingthe coronary artery moving model experiments, finally, respiratory movement areanalyzed.Coronary artery distributes on the cardiac surface, the movements of them arecorrelative, in this paper, two-dimensional and three-dimensional vessel movement ofthe same patient are calculated and analyzed, and some clinical significance is also given.Finally, from the view of software engineering, a medical image processingintegrated research platform is developed. This platform fulfils standardization andmodularization design. With the platform, we can not only integrate and manage theprevious algorithm, but also we can develop new algorithms.
