Since1980s, mobile communication has gotten rapid development in global range. In orderto meet various needs on business bandwidth, transmission delay and network coverage,3GPPstarted Long Term Evolution (LTE) project on2004. As one of many LTE target technologies,group technology mainly takes the charge of providing system resources allocation and reuse,based on packet data transmission. It has become a core technology of LTE system, anddetermines the performance of whole system to a great extent.The whole structure characteristics of LTE system was introduced at first, compared thedifferences between evolution base station and original base station, introduced and explainedprotocol framework structure of whole system, focused on MAC layer structure and function ofprotocol framework, studied scheduling method principle and process of wireless resourcescheduling.And then, existing three kinds of classic wireless resource scheduling algorithm wascompared in allocation methods, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of variousmethods at present. After that, the marginal utility was put forward, expounded for: at first, profitvalue is very high; as time increased, profit would be less and less instead. Frequency spectrumresources of wireless communication are limited. So in what way to more reasonably andeffectively use limited wireless resources, support the user as much as possible, and ensure theservice quality of using multiple traffics at the same time, has important significance. Marginalutility provided us such a tool that could be used to be a solution to queue problem of real-timetraffic buffer queue.Finally, basing on proportional algorithm and combining with boundary utility and trafficfair algorithm model, the joint optimization algorithm was deduced. The combined optimizationalgorithm was described detailedly form the theory to the algorithm implementation steps. At last, through software simulation, studied system throughput, fairness and time delay, accordingto the three classical algorithms. This algorithm could achieve a good balance on fair traffic andsystem throughput in service at real-time traffic and non-real-time traffic at the same time,ensuring that the premise of throughput to improve the fairness between business, and has goodprospects on LET system.
