The successfully launched HJ-1A satellites equipped with the China’s firstvisible Fourier transform imaging spectroscopy for the aerospace application. Theresearch of short-wave infrared Fourier transform imaging spectroscopy of highresolution also has been included in the agenda. Carrying out the study of keytechnologies of high-resolution Fourier transform imaging spectroscopy andaddressing the constraints of high-resolution hyper-spectral imaging technology,such as high-performance imaging circuit, reserves the necessary technology ofspace-suit high-resolution hyper-spectral imager. Aiming at the short-waveinfrared detector with large arrays, designed an imaging circuit of the short-waveinfrared imaging spectrometer.Summarized the significance of Fourier transform imaging spectroscopy and itsinternational progress, the development of short-wave infrared detectors, the basictheory of infrared radiation and imaging and the composition of the short-waveinfrared imaging spectrometer. Introduced the2nd-generation infrared focal planearray device, summarized the working mechanism and performance of theshort-wave infrared detector.The core component of the short-wave Fourier transform imaging spectroscopyis Sofradir500*256short-wave infrared detectors. Analyzed the work process andinput-output characteristics of the detector and the function module of the imagingcircuits. Discussed the components used in the power supply, the detector drive,analog signal amplification and digitalization, FPGA, image signal outputfunction modules and its hardware implementation in detail. Analyzed the featuresof the Spartan3A DSP family FPGA and its applicability in this circuit.Completed FPGA-based logic design of detector driving and image processing,and showed the simulation waveform to verify the accuracy of logic design.Carry out a series experiments about imaging circuit, electronic andphotoelectric system debugging. Analysis of experimental problems and introduceits solutions. Designed imaging circuit is of high reliability and low powerconsumption, obtained image is clear and contrast of the image meets the targetrequirements.
