In recent years, allowed rapid development of Internet technology, a number of real-time, unlimited, continuous, ordered increasingly wide range of data applications, this formof data called data stream, it is applied to the sensor data analysis, Internet trafficmonitoring, financial market analysis, online auctions, Web applications, phone records,etc., the traditional database management system can not manage the data stream, resultingin adapt a stream management system.TTSTREAM system’s design based on the Stanford University’s General STREAMprototype data stream management model, the main design and implementation ofTTSTREAM a certain amount of research work are summarized as follows:As a general data stream management system, TTSTREAM individual modules of thesystem designed as the form of a COM component to increase its versatility;Discussed TTSTREAM overall design, gives the detailed introduction of the designand implementation about the client and query library, execution system, output systemthree modules, gives the communication mode between the client and the executionsystems;Continuous query is the basis of a data stream management system, TTSTREAMsystem achieved this functionality, gives the design and implementation details of the mostbased operator of the continuous query, these operators are selection operator, projectionoperator, union operator and join operator, which involved in the selection operator, theprojection operator and the join operator and gives a details of the algorithm, designed thestate transitions between operators, discussed the detail of the query processing system’sphysical query plan and logic query plan;Based on random sampling methods to build a TTSTREAM system synopses datastructure;Common data stream management system is no way of historical data for processing,it is not related to the history of data processing, TTSTREAM system gives historical datastorage module, the module describes the historical data storage function of the varioussub-modules, and gives the historical data storage design algorithm.
