In this paper, the electromagnetic environment hazards to electroexplosive device (EED) are introduced. The domestic and internationalresearch developments and achievements to the inductive current andtemperature of EED are introduced. In the theoretical part, the paper mainlyanalyzes the infrared radiation theory and infrared measuring temperaturemethods which used in induction current and temperature measurement andquantitative analysis, and finally analyses the double wave method technicalprinciple for measuring the induced current. In the specific implementationpart, the paper mainly introduced a new EED inductive current, temperaturetesting system.. System structure, circuit components and noise analysis, dataacquisition and display, and the analysis of the test results are fullyintroduced in the paper to show the bridgewire EED electromagneticenvironment effect evaluation system. The optical voltage is obtained bymeasuring the EED bridge wire temperature IR radiation., and to simulatethe different induced current according to the equivalence of the DC currentand induced current heating of the EED bridge wire,.and then get therelationship curve between middle-near infared optical voltage radio andinductive current. This method uses contactless way and infrared fiber tomeasure the temperature of bridgewire EED, and can completely be free ofinterference of electromagnetic radiation; nor to constitute radiatedinterference to EED that to be measured and to change the distribution of thesurrounding electromagnetic field. This system response speed is fast, thedevice is simple, the operation is convenient, data processing is easy, all theadvantages above well solve the problems of sensitivity and stability existedin other measuring methods, and provide the basis for the quantitativeevaluation of the safety and reliability of the EED in the electromagneticfield.
