Nowadays, the business of Discrete Manufacturing Enterprises are becoming multi-species and of small batches. So the complexity of Shop Scheduling has been improved greatly. Having considered numerous literatures at home and abroad, we unearth that the research of shop scheduling is a hot spot in the field of Industry and Theoretical Study. What’s more, great majority of literatures discuss static scheduling. There is a great gap between literature and practice. Actually, the actual situation of shop scheduling contains three factors, as the following:(1) flexibilityThe machine can process more than one job as well as the job can be processed by more than one machine. If the type and size of the job match the machine, it can be processed.(2) multi-objectiveThe objectives of The actual situation of shop scheduling is more complex than that discussed on literatures. Such as:due date, flow time. Exactly, the weights of the objectives are not alike between the one enterprise to another.(3) dynamicThe dynamic scheduling is different from the static scheduling which will not change once it has been formed. In the process of forming the dynamic scheduling, the results can be corrected when something of great importance is changed.In this article, take the Shop Scheduling in Changfa Enterprise as the background, we constructed a Mathematical model for the Enterprise and design a improved genetic algorithm to deal with this problem in which we take fuzzy due date and flow time into consideration. Based on the Theoretical Study at home and abroad, the Heuristic rules were introduced to solving the problem for the purpose of reducing the time cost. In order to reduce the time cost of the algorithm, we transform the multiple objectives into one. As the time cost of the algorithm is of the same importance in solving this problem.
