With the rapid development of the global economy, the value curve focus of modernmanufacturing services has transferred to the after-sale maintenance management. majorequipment has become a difficult problem for the development of manufacturing servicesbecause of some of its features such as high price, complicated structures and so on.However, as the foundation and core part of business management, production schedulingis a very complex combinatorial optimization problems, which belongs to the NP-hardproblem, related to some aspects like the multi-objective, multi-constraints, and uncertainty.Only under the guidance of an effective scheduling strategy, can it improve productionefficiency and market competitiveness. Hence, the study about the techniques and methodsof scheduling optimization of the manufacturing services has a strong value in use andtheoretical significance.In this paper, in the view of the various uncertainties existed in the maintenanceprocess in job shop workshop of the production companies, A deep research in the mode ofmajor equipment maintenance companines, job shop fuzzy scheduling based on particleswarm optimization.At first, we analyed the researches and existing problems of the production schedulingof the major equipment maintenance companies with the background of the development ofmodern manufacturing services.Secondly, with the analysis of the maintenance environment, features and exitingproblems of enterprise with the major equipment maintenance, introducing the three yuangroup in order to analy the major equipment maintenance companies. the designingmathematical model for the three different problem of job shop fuzzy scheduling problem.According to the job shop scheduling problem with fuzzy processing time and fuzzy duedate, using the theory of the fuzzy number’s addition,take big, comparision operations infuzzy research, combined with customer satisfaction about solving method of intersectionarea, using particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve this problem, Through theanalysis of some workshop’s instances of the major equipment maintenance companies bythe design of encoding scheme,effectiveness of this optimization was verified.At last, to take the workshop for an example, we designed and developed a productionscheduling system. We presented the design’s idea and function of each module of thesystem and embedded the optimization algorithm in the system to to optimize the function of the system.
