Electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) is a measure method that combined with computer technology, speckle interference technology and digital image processing, it has smaller error and the precision can reach up to λ/10, so it can be used to measuring the deformation of object’s micrometer.ESPI for measuring3D deformation is studied in this paper. In order to achieve digital, the experiment device uses Mach-Zehnder system. We receive the speckle interference fringes by CCD, which input the fringes to the computer for digital image processing. So as to reducing the influence of noises, we can get the speckle pattern interference figure of deformation object by two speckle pattern subtractions. In addition, this paper applies multiple filter programs by Matlab for ensuring the definition and improving the contrast of speckle interference fringes. At last, applying Matlab software programming speckle interference patterns, according to speckle interference patterns we can get the3D phase and calculate maximum deformation of object.
