This paper analyzes the visual defects and their causes of LED. Proposes a scheme of use the array of LED to simulated solar spectral. Collect the spectrum of red、yellow、 green、purple and white LED by using spectrometer. With the solar spectrum as the target curve. Use Origin software to fitting the spectrum of monochrome LED. Adjust the simulated spectrum by adjusting the monochromatic LED in the mixed spectrum in proportion. Optimize the experimental model by use the method of spectral shift to make sure the fitting of mix light spectrum and the solar spectrum achieve the best. The comparison charts and evaluation function are given in the experimental results. The result show that use LED array to simulate the solar spectrum curve fitting up to92.8%.
