Special-effect film is a new movie mode, which shows high research value and expansive market prospect. And it is a fusion of a variety of complex technical systems. This paper has studied the Multi-Projector mosaicking technique in the special-effect film. Through analysis and comparison of existing technologies, this paper presents a color correction method based on display system which is consisted of projectors with the same brand. This method is target on the brightness of the image. It finds the threshold of brightness of all projection units by measuring the brightness distribution of the display screens. Then the threshold is taken as a calibration standard. Next, the overall image brightness is corrected by scaling the brightness value of the image into a standard range, which is achieved by constructing each projector’s luminance attenuation map. Experiments show that the method can successfully eliminate the bright side of the image with high calibration accuracy. |
