Pulse fiber amplifier has a wide range of applications in the industrial, medical, precision machining, materials processing, space communication, laser radar, laser weapons and other scientific research fields, because it has the advantages of small size, high beam quality, compact structure, high efficiency, high energy pulses, optical output, good heat dissipation performance and other advantages.In this paper, we want to get high-power high-quality pulse light after the signal amplified by the pulse yetterbium doped fiber amplifier, we built a LD-pumped two-stage Yb-doped double-clad fiber pulses amplifier. The input sign optical is the pulse sign of100ns pulse width and its average power is1.15mW,the peak power is0.58W,the repetition rate is20KHz, the center wavelength is1068nm.The amplified pulse peak power is4KW and the average power is8.05W.The gain of the amplifier is38.4dB and the corresponding light conversion efficiency is37%.Comparing with the initial sign optical pulse shape,the amplified sign optical pulse shape have a very serious distortion.
