In recent years, with the rapid development of computer science and network theory, complex network has caused a considerable interest in the study of many different fields such as science and engineering fields. The theory and applications of complex networks have gradually become the focus of studies, The synchronization in networks is valuable for industry and life in many fields, so it is the main problem that how to get useful criteria for synchronization in the dynamical networks field.Some issues of synchronization especially for outer synchronization control of complex networks systems have been deals with. For a class of output coupling complex dynamical network with different node dynamics, considering both the cases of time-delay and noise perturbation, the outer synchronization between two complex dynamical networks is studied. The main contents of the article are as follows:Firstly, complex dynamical network theory and outer synchronization of the networks are reviewed briefly,the network synchronization problem of non-identical node dynamics and topological structures are analyzedSecondly, the synchronization between two output-coupling complex dynamical networks is studied considering time-delay in the networks. Numerical results are given Lorenz and Chen systems being node dynamics in the networksThirdly, considering the noise perturbation on the network, an approach for synchronization between two complex networks with noise perturbation is proposed. First, the synchronization between two complex dynamical networks with noise perturbation and identical topological structures is studied. Then, non-identical topological structures is studied considering the cases of certain or uncertain topological structures.
