The chaos phenomenon is widely exists in nature and real society. With the development of information technology, applied research in communications technology and signal processing, chaotic dynamical systems is in full swing. Especially in the secure communications technology, the chaotic system has a great potential of application. However, in many cases, normal low-dimension chaotic systems have less complex and rich of the dynamical behavior than the hyper-chaotic system and the time delay chaotic system. Therefore, the research process of the exploration and inquiry from the low-dimension chaotic system introduced deep hyperchaotic system and delay chaotic system. Time-delayed chaotic systems and hyper-chaotic systems as study object in this paper, the research about construction and synchronization are expressed as follow.(1) Explore how to depicted the classic low-dimension chaotic system By using the Lyapunov exponent and the power spectral characteristics and the phase diagram and the dissipation of the system, a class of structural problems of the hyper-chaotic system is to solve by using matrix theory and vector of knowledge. At last a novel four-dimensional hyperchaotic system is constructed, and its basic characteristics of the nonlinear dynamics system is analyzed in detail, and accordances with the results of simulations.(2) Discussed introducing time-delayed on known chaos systems to constructing new time-delayed systems, such as three dimensional Lu chaos system, and its basic characteristics of the nonlinear dynamics system is analyzed in detail. In order to further enhance the practice ability of the application of chaos, an electronic circuit of advanced time delay Lu system was designed, by using the knowledge of analog circuit. Circuit simulation image shows the delay chaotic Lu system has a good chaos phenomenon.(3) Based on chaos synchronization, active control synchronization method is used to design appropriate nonlinear feedback controller, and this synchronization system is applied in chaotic secret communication, which implements synchronization between the four-dimensional hyperchaotic system and three-dimensional system with different dimensions and different structures. Numerical simulation results show that this scheme is feasible and applied.In this paper, the new hyperchaotic system and the new delay chaotic system has a good dynamic characteristics and has a accurate synchronization effect, paving the way for future research.
