| With the rapid development of social economy and the dramatically increase population,security has become a modern social problem that must to be solved. Video monitor system isused more widely, that bring more surveillance tasks. This kind of artificial monitor is veryheavy and low efficiency. A new type of intelligent video surveillance technology wasdiscovered, that can improve the intelligence level of video monitoring system. This technologycomes from computer vision and artificial intelligence research, which combined computervision technology, video image processing technology and artificial intelligence technology todescript, understand and analysis the content of the monitor video, understanding and analysis,and can control the video monitor system according to the results of the analysis.This paper mainly studies the design of an intelligent trip line monitoring system based onOpenCV. This paper presents five layers architecture model of the system, the video imageacquisition separate from image processing. And study the relationship of different layers in thestructure and the function in the layer. This paper mainly studies the moving object detectionmethods related with the detection of trip line. This paper compared several algorithm of movingobjective detecting, and finally established a relatively applicable average background method.Then the system remove the noise that existing in the foreground image based on themorphological filtering noise removal algorithm. At the same time, use the characteristics ofbackground color invariance to eliminate shadow in the foreground image.Finally, choose Visual c++and OpenCV as a development platform and build anintelligent video surveillance over trip line detecting procedures. Through experiment, confirmedthe method to be effective, and the intelligent video surveillance system have considerableapplication value. |
