This paper analyzes and discusses the multi-objective flexible job shopscheduling problem with adjustment of time to change mold time, considering thejob completion time due windows earliness/tardiness penalties. Proposed aprocess to sort based on different parts of chromosome encoding, integration ofgenetic algorithm and variable neighborhood search in accordance with the angularclustering method for solving the Pareto solution set obtained in the solutionquality and distribution are more good results. Decision-making stage, the use ofthe analytic hierarchy process to assess the obtained Pareto solution in order toeliminate the subjectivity of the expert scoring in the decision-making processusing fuzzy numbers instead of scoring, to build the fuzzy judgment matrix, asmuch as possible makes the final solution to maintain objectivity. Therefore, theAnalytic Hierarchy Process Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy judgment(Fuzzy Evaluation) method integration, to build the evaluation model of AHP-FE,finally obtained satisfactory solution. The simulation results show the feasibilityand effectiveness of this algorithm.
