In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology, network status androle of the media are increasingly prominent, and now the network has more than just theoriginal sense of the exchange of information and information services platform, and haveevolved into a powerful social influence and mobilization of public opinion of the importantnews dissemination tool. This paper uses case studies, social network analysis methods andcomplex systems simulation method to comprehensive study of the propagation of thenetwork crisis information, trying to reveal the impact of various factors in the crisisinformation dissemination in the network, so as to seek creative solutions and to providescientific basis for the enterprise and government formulating the strategy of network crisis.First of all, the first crisis, crisis information, network crisis, and the concept of networkcrisis information summarized and defined, and information on the impact of network crisisfactors analyzed in detail, and then by case analysis from the two dimensions of time andspace network crisis information dissemination mechanism and long-term model of thenetwork of crisis information dissemination and short-term models, use of social networkanalysis and density structure of the entire space of the nodes in the space center andintermediary of analysis.Second, complex adaptive systems theory, a brief, on this basis, the use of modeling andsimulation of multi-agent simulation model of the network crisis information disseminationto all the main properties are described in the model, and the establishment of Internet usersand rules of interaction between Internet users, media and Internet users, government andInternet users. Finally, the use of multi-agent simulation platform NetLogo simulation model, includingthe interactive simulation of two parts between the three main players of the interactivesimulation between Internet users and Internet users, media, government, and by the numberof "opinion leaders" in the model information fuzzy degree of credibility of the governmentinformation disclosure speed and open transparency to adjust the parameters to analyze theimpact of various factors on the network crisis information dissemination. For the differentstages of the network of crisis communication, combined with social network analysis and the results of the simulation model, the various stages of the corresponding control strategy.
