Localizing and tracking of targets in motion are important subjects in the radar domain.Research on several regional wars recently,we discover that it who get a advantage position inthe“electronic war” will deter the enemy on strategy and will win the war finally.As thecountry and Army attach importance to “electronic war”,the science and technique is alwaysdeveloping in the correlative domain. Radar systems have taken a great change,as thedevelopment of radar’s increasingly important status and functionsand the challenge ofradar’s four menaces.Consequently, the passive radar which is a kind of special bistatic radaris emerging.The passive radar has the capability of anti-radiation and anti-electronicreconnaissance because it can detect moving targets by using the other radiant signal and noteradiate signal by itself.In this dissertation,technology problems of bistatic passive radar are discussed,such asFM signal produce on talgets detection;technique of cdirect-path interferencesuppression;parameter of talgets detection estimation.In the direct-path interferencesuppression part a space-time-frequency domain solution to this problem was described:adaptive nulling array processing is considered in the space domain, channel equalization andadaptive interference cancellation are used in the time domain, furthermore, long-timecoherent integration is provided in the frequency domain;research on the submerged effect inpassive coherent location system and analyze the composing and it’s disposal method inpassive coherent location system..In view of the tradition take the signal two stepsstatistic asthe mathematical instrument TDOA estimate existence to the additive noise sensitiveshortcoming, proposed cooperates in the goal passive localization,uses three steps or thehighstep statistics estimate direct link signal and the target echo TDOA method.The article finallyhas proven these methods validity and effective by using the MATLAB simulation.
