Following the development of electronic information technology and computer network technology, computer is increasingly becoming an indispensable important tool in people’s daily life. For high school institutions, the Office Automation(OA)system, which is realized with the help of information technology and network technology, will undoubtedly be able to greatly improve working efficiency and optimize business processes. Today, OA is playing an increasingly significant role in promoting people’s working efficiency.This text studies the production and development of Office Automation system. It has analyzed the current situations and development trends of the Office Automation system of our country. It has described the system development tools and related technologies. The paper has also carried on research to the systems software system structure of Office Automation. Focus on the research of Client/Server mode and Browser/Server mode. It has explained the shortcoming and advantages of these two kinds of system structure and has compared these two.This paper collects the needs to establish the system of school classroom management. It describes the organizational structure related to classroom management and the current situation of classroom management. Through research, it can be found that there are now a number of classroom management problems. In order to solve these problems, the need for office systems of classroom management has also been summarized and conducted a feasibility analysis. Based on the system requirements, this paper designed system architecture, introducing the design principles and design goals of system. After discussed, the paper decided to use Browser/Server structure, which is standard three-tier architecture. The end-user can use browser to visit the system, all applications are on the server side. The main subsystems of the system carried out a detailed design, including:classroom management module, teacher management module, lesson management and association module, highlights the query capabilities of each system. Meanwhile, the paper also describes the system’s database design. The conceptual design of data, logic design, physical design are described.Finally, this paper summarizes the work done, and analysis of system deficiencies. It also introduced the prospect of office automation systems.
