In this paper the original China Netcom and China Unicom enterprise after fusion of10010customer service system, Beijing Unicom integrated fusion project as the research background, based on the new Beijing Unicom service model and call center business actual demand investigation, the original business process were analyzed combined with the system status and other aspects of comprehensive analysis, put forward on the basis of CTI, through the J2EE technology to realize the system access layer, the support layer, business layer, data layer and the four layer system structure design; selection of Struts frame, Spring frame, Hibernate frame are combined into a SSH framework of multiple layer architecture. This paper focuses on the study of Beijing Unicom integrated10010customer service system based on object oriented technology business needs, the overall system architecture design, software architecture design, database design; completed the Beijing Unicom call center system core module of the design.Through the Beijing Unicom integrated10010customer service system, Beijing Unicom to achieve a total business consulting, management, online marketing, complaint handling and barrier accepts provided technical support; for the Beijing Unicom customer services more comprehensive, high quality and high efficiency, provide strong system support. To improve the fusion after new Beijing Unicom customer perception and customer experience is extremely far-reaching significance.
