Abstract/Summary:
With the popularization of intelligent Android mobile terminals in the development of wireless network technology, the characteristic location-based services (LBS) applications followed. The traditional LBS limited to unilateral location information showing could not meet the growing demand for social network. The multi-location sharing application, comparatively, has important practical significance. The topic combined with the technology of LBS and Baidu-Map APIs, analysis the functional requirements of the multi-location sharing system, based on the characteristics of the Android smartphone applications and the demands of system users. In accordance with the modules and hierarchical thinking, the topic proposes the system architecture and design scheme of main modules, and implements the system with multi-location sharing. The topic shares one’s real-time location to other users supported by mobile maps, and applies the extended applications based on the location sharing, such as precise formulation of the meeting place and manners. The system includes extend functions rather than the traditional LBS services, such as show list of friends in the same city and set gathering point, which meet the users’needs of setting the level of the shared location. The system reasonably designs the interface between layers, according to the hierarchical thinking, making the system highly scalable. The socket short connection between system server and clients reduce the waste of resources and improve the quality of service. It also ensures the security of users’information by double encryption. The system is designed for the majority of the Android-end users, with the features of real-time, portability, friendly. It stably operates through tests, completing the target of the topic.
