For the past few years, along with the popularization of computer network, information security is increasingly important. In order to ensure information and the smooth flow of the national basic information network, study of computer network security and precaution techniques are imminent. In this respect, Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences initiated a collaborative effort with several other companies to develop a new kind of network security event real-time monitoring and control system. By using the collaborative analysis module in it, multi-node results can be analyzed together and recorded in database, and data sets from different systems can be analyzed together to find some hidden information. In this paper, according to the present network environment, the collabotative analysis module of network monitoring system is carried out analysis, and according to the principles of the software life cycle and the actual needs of system, which is designed by divided into five parts:network communication receive sub-module, configuration sub-module, cluster analysis sub-module, network communication send sub-module, collaborative decision-making sub-module. Thus, each are analysis and detailed designed. Upon completion of this module, but also on the modules of both functional and performance tests show that each sub-module to the completion of their different good work.It can be proved to be successful for the module development after testing in function and performance, it can do collaborative analysis work not only in the system, but also between the different systems, and as a result, a comprehensive national infrastructure networks is formed and the protective capacities of the key information are improved.
