With the restruction of the domestic telecommunication industry, among domestictelecom operators the key to win the next round of competition is no longer theInternet and other telecommunications resources, enhancing the management leveland operational capacity becomes the decisive factor, and at the same time, theconstruction center will transfer from the network to service also. The three domestictelecom operators have developed a serie of plans to effectively guide theconstruction of business operation support systems, and further enhance thecompany’s customer service levels and quality. With the continuous development ofcomputer technology, in different stages of enterprises’ development, the systemsprovided by different software vendors show those problems such as informationisolation, lack of uniform access channels, lack of cooperative work environment, anddata presented not intuitively etc. Although to some extent the traditional EAI cansolve these problems, but also exposes limitations such as tight coupling and difficultto extend etc. Although the emergence of SOA solves these problems, but there are nointernationally unified SOA concept and implementation modalities. For most of thedomestic industries, SOA implementation is also still in the stage of exploration andpractice. The key to implement SOA for telecommunications companies at this stageis to extract and pack the function of the existed systems to form a standard "service"rather than completely construct a new "services" to the progressive realization of thedesign concept of SOA.This dissertation mainly includes the following works:(1) Overviewed the construction and implementation state of SOA in the domestictelecom operators, introduced the concept of SOA and ESB, the utilization meaningand technical implementation, and the analysis of the shortcomings of traditional EAIand SOA integration approach in solving these problems on the edge, proposed thekey to the implementation of SOA is not a step but a way of progressive realizationfor telecommunications companies at this stage.(2) Deeply analyzed the Hunan Telecom customer service systems and servicesupport system interface model status quo, under the guidance of the China TelecomCTG-MBOSS2.0overall construction specification, proposed a based on SOAinterface model transformation of solutions.(3) Deeply analyzed the components of the mainstream model and a unified identity authentication mode, and furthermore, proposed a lightweight, scalable,pluggable authentication role-based model of service components to address theconstruction enterprises in the ESB that has not yet completed Service authentication.(4) Based on the new designed interface model and certification servicecomponent model, through the implementation of the pilot deployment of theexperiment in the local network in Hunan, achieved good experimental results andprovided a successful transition to achieve case for the implementation of SOA intelecommunications companies.
