In Collaborative System Fulltext Retrieval Function Module Design And Implementation

With the advent of information age, enterprise resources become increasingly complex in the new market environment. There also exists some complicated relationship between these resources. The emergence of collaborative product is precisely in line with the modern enterprise’s informationization needs. Collaborative management software has built for the people of enterprise management. It puts the ’people’of organization as the central to manages information and organizes resources, emphasizes the organization of the’people’to interact communicate, collaborate via the Internet. Through the way of the form processed, it explain the system’s implementation and monitoring and monitor. Through a variety of routine collaboration, it completes the accumulation and storage of the knowledge in organization. By the Centralized shared way, it easy uses the organization’s information. With the large amounts of information circulation in the organization, however, traditional passive-accepted information inquiry, management has become the bottleneck to block the enterprise information management, and even developing.Through researching the open-source text search engine-Lucene, this paper designed and implemented a collaboration software based full-text content search function. It inherited the advantages of the full-text search engine:efficient, accurate and wide coverage. Also, it add the access control system and filter conditions. With these advantages, users can choose their own custom search criteria, at the same time, effectively avoid unauthorized access, information disclosure, and other security issues. While, based on the Lucene’s features, we also use multiple threads, combine and optimize the index and other measures to improve the retrieval performance of Lucene. During the project developing, Full-text search engine which described in this paper, can achieve the full text document retrieval during the mass documents in the collaboration software, but not limited to the title or author search. The design and all the code can provide a reference for the peer learner.
