The main research contents are as follows:1. Part of the system software is to control the video encoding, transmission, andvideo quality, and also for the user to view and manage the interface. How can wecontrol the transmission of video smoothly on the3G network is the core issue of thissystem.2. The system environments are so complex, the emergency vehicles and camerasare so many that it is difficult to manage them. So we provide user-friendly managementinterface, which is the key elements of this project.3.
